"So me and my boyfriend went in for a late night grab. First thing that went wrong was when they didn’t even know our order. We had to explain it all over again. My boyfriend got a strawberry lemonade and then they handed us a strawberry shake and I got a BOWL of chicken noodle soup and turns out I got a cup of the nasty tortilla soup. It wasn’t even soup. It was super thick and not even edible. Normally this place is amazing and I love chick fil a. They must have new workers or something because this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had."

"I did a fairly large catering order here for about 80 people. There was inclement weather when I went which might be part of the reason the order wasn’t ready at the pickup time. I ended up waiting around for them to finish putting my order together but they were very quick and friendly. I had requested to have the plates and utensils included in my order but that must not have come through since they didn’t have enough for my order. It was still a great experience and I would recommend it for anyone catering for a large group. Everyone was please with the food and beverages."

"Normally, I only post reviews if they’re positive. But had to comment something In hopes this place changes a recent trend. Went In tonight, ordered a large spicy chicken deluxe combo meal. I received a regular spicy chicken, which I’m not mad at, because this was probably the only order they’ve gotten wrong for me. What I am mad at, was the fact that the sandwich was cold, fries were cold and only halfway full, and my large sweet tea was filled like 3/4 full of ice. If I pay for a large meal, I would like a large meal. Don’t skimp on the fries and drink and please make sure they’re hot and fresh next time."

"I spent $17.83 for one meal and it was a dry piece of chicken sandwich and old tasting nuggets the size of a nickel 4 and the rest were like a quarter I think they should cook it fresh id be willing to wait. Service can’t be match to bad the food doesn’t match. I’ve worked there when I was young and have grown to love it wish they had a higher standard for the food. Have some surprise visits like a mystery shopper."

"Stopped here to wait for our dog to get groomed. Their facility is super clean. The employees are so nice. I opened my bad and found this cute note that made my day since I was alone trying to order for my 2 kids and me. Plus you have to get their seasonal peppermint chip shake every year. I do wish their playground was open so the kids could do something"
