Rancherito's Mexican Food

"This place used to be amazing. The past 3 times we came here it's been horrible and the staff is careless. This 1 time so many things were wrong :We ordered extra guacamole on our burritos and were charged for it, they didn't put any guac on them at all, not that it mattered the meat was so hard . Asked for and payed extra for 6 sauces only got 4 and 3 of them were the wrong kind. Our drink didn't have any fizz tasted like water and syrup. They also just don't care for their customers. Always the same grumpy lady at the window. I recommend taking the extra time to different location. It just wasn't worth it what so ever"

"We asked for cheese fries and they got our order wrong. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it until we got home. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they took very long to prepare the wrong order and person at the window was not very friendly at all."

"Good dependable fast food, nothing fancy. Not great but not bad either. They serve a lot of food and they do it fast."

"I accidentally ordered a “california fry” burrito which doesn’t exist. The girl who took my order wrote me up for a california burrito. I had meant to order a carne asada fry burrito. When the burrito wasn’t what I’d anticipated I went up to the register and realized my mistake. I offered to pay for an additional carne asada fry burrito but the manager grabbed me the burrito I wanted and wouldn’t let me pay for another one. The burrito wasn’t as good as most of the other Rancherito’s locations I go to but the managers customer service was great and she took care of me as the customer. I’ll be back to try some other menu items soon because of the good customer service I experienced."

"The food is great, and a single serving can sufficiently cater to either two individuals or sustain one person for two meals. The rationale behind the two-star service rating stems from their proactive efforts to facilitate tipping. Not tipping may result in a cashier displaying an unwarranted yet conspicuous disapproval through unintentional body language. Notably, this establishment anticipates gratuities in addition to its inherently elevated prices. While I am inclined to tip, I do not perceive it as obligatory with each visit."
