"When we walked in there wasn't a single person in the store. The worker behind the counted looked us dead in the eyes and then walked away. I then noticed the self service kiosk on the counter. Self serve kiosks are not an excuse for poor customer service. Time was decent, but slow for being the only person inside. Food was good, but nothing special. The fries were thick and crispy, but lacking flavor. And the burger was good, and cooked properly. Maybe a little more time on the grill for the ham."
"Zach was so helpful! Went and tracked down info related to an allergy to make sure we could order what we wanted but have it be safe for the family. It took a while but he got to the truth and spared no effort in doing so! Have been here a handful of times with awesome service and consistently great experience. Food was great as always, so no real news there."
