Reviews of Hey! Hot Pot
"I can’t wait to come back! The broth is delicious, the bar where you can make your own sauce and get your veggies and seafood is appears stocked and fresh and clean. This was so delicious and definitely one of my new spots!"
"We just had our first visit here today and we were not disappointed! The food is great, I love how inclusive it is with the price as far as the options and the appetizers. The price is so worth it in my opinion. I brought my 10 month old and my five year old and both had a blast and tried some new foods. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed our waitress, Evy. She was very sweet to us and she even made training style chopsticks for my oldest using a rubber band after she saw him messing around and having trouble using his. He even said this is now his favorite restaurant so we will definitely plan on coming again!"
"We had a fabulous time here last Friday night! It was a fun, unique eating experience. The food tasted great, the service was really good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was fun as well. They were very busy on a Friday night, and the average wait time was 30-45 minutes. However, it wasn't too bad if you can make it there before 6pm. Despite the rush, our server did a great job! Some items from the kitchen took a bit longer than expected, but overall it was a great experience! The buffet bar is smaller than you'd expect but they had a good variety of meats, seafood, noodles, tofu, etc. They could use more vegetables on the buffet line, and they only had 2 small dessert options. Just a minor nitpick though; the whole experience was great! Another thing to be aware of: since every table has boiling pots of broth, the humidity inside is usually very high. Condensation on the windows and the occasional drip on your head is to be expected. Hopefully they will be able to upgrade their HVAC system soon. They are on the expensive side. Dinner for my wife and I cost about $30/person, plus tax. This isn't too bad though considering it's an all-you-can-eat buffet. Overall I highly recommend them for a good time!"
"After a trip to Japan, my husband and I were excited to find a Hot Pot close to home. It's not quite Japan, but it's so dang close. The food here is amazing. Service was consistent and very kind. My group eat like starved dogs and they kept the food coming. Ordering was very simple. Fan favorite was the Golden crispy buns. Come one, come all. 100/10."
"This place is my new favorite. It’s a hot pot buffet. It was a new experience for our family and the waitress(shout out to Cassie) explained the process very well. The ambience is fun and friendly. The appetizers are amazing and it’s all you can eat. For the main course we recommend you get the mushroom base soup and whatever meat you like. We recommend you get the split pot in order to try various combinations of meats and veggies. We went there for lunch and the wait was minimal. It gets busy from 4:00pm-9:00pm so, make sure to plan ahead for the wait. It’s worth waiting for!"
