Reviews of Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza
"Seems there is a slight change in quality. Still great pizza and much better than others."
"We ordered a stuffed pizza, so it's hard to tell what's in there, if you didn't watch them make it. My wife went to pick them up, and the toppings on top seemed off. She asked them twice if they were sure it was ours. They only looked at the receipt on top, and said yes both times. I admit, we weren't sure if maybe they were putting more fancy stuff on top of the stuffed pizzas, so she brought it home, we baked it.. wrong pizza. What I'm saying now is, if a customer is questioning it so hard, why are you looking blindly at the receipt, instead of your employees questioning it themselves? Bad management."
"I went in to Papa Murphys the other day, because I haven’t eaten there in years. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was great. But while I was waiting, I noticed a middle aged woman maybe late 40’s early 50’s, who I presumed to be the manager, yelling and belittling the workers. Very jarring to say the least."
"The pizza made here are by far the very best in this town !!! No other pizza maker comes close do mainly to the high quality ingredients they use.Other pizza shops will use one bell pepper per 60 pizza's,not this place. All I do is take the pie home and cook it.I highly recommend them and do give a try and like me,you will not be disappointed. Also their pizza is much better than the frozen stuff !!"
"I ordered three large pizzas. They made one family size, which wouldn’t be an issue except I had to bake it in a small camper oven so it would never fit. They argued that I had ordered that size until I pointed out the receipt which clearly stated what I had ordered. They demanded I swipe my card AGAIN and pay extra for the wrong size, take it home, cut it in half, and back it in two separate pieces. I told them I would take the extra large pizza but I wasn’t paying extra for all of that hassle. I already had to bake three pizzas, one at a time. They informed me that they had used all of the correct toppings on the wrong size and I could either pay extra and cut it in half or choose different toppings. I finally agreed to pay extra, against my better judgment. He then told me that I actually couldn’t do that and I just couldn’t have the correct pizza at all. Eventually they decided that instead of just giving me that family size pizza, they would take all of the toppings off and put it on a large size. I was fine with this and just wanted to leave. He then asked how I would be paying, i informed him that I had paid when I first arrived. He argued with me that I definitely had not paid. I told him the exact amount, that I had swiped my card, and entered my pin. He insisted that I pay again. I finally was ready to give in and pay twice when he realized that I had paid. Rude. Unwilling to problem solve. Poor service. Seriously guys, you’re making pizza. It’s really not rocket science."
