"The food here is amazing! The green chile and fresh flour tortillas are great! Reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking! I had the picadillo burrito, I highly recommend it! Side note, be cautious outside of the restaurant as I almost got in a fight with a homeless man looking for money…this was due to the limited amount of space inside the restaurant, it is very small. Hopefully this restaurant will upgrade to a better location and building. We would definitely order from here again! Highly recommended!"

"My kid and I wandered in here the other day. New to the state and the town and just exploring different food spots. We were blown away. Best breakfast burritos we've ever had. We got the 3 meat (bacon/ham/chorizo) smothered in chili verde. It was HUGE. Easily 2 or 3 meals depending on your appetite. The flavor was awesome, but warning, the chili verde has a ton of kick, heat-lovers will enjoy it. This is our favorite place we've eaten so far and will definitely be returning. Rosa and the staff were very friendly and gave us good service too."

"As a Texan and traveling thru the states because of work, I always look for those hole in the wall places with authentic Mexican food. After being in Layton over 3 months I can’t believe how I didn’t find this place any sooner. Tortillas were delicious, so was the menudo. Staff just made me feel at home. Definitely will be going there back soon to try the restvof the food."

"Called ahead and ordered a ham/bacon breakfast burrito smothered in Chile verde to go. I’m a wimp when it comes to heat, and this had plenty of it! But it was so delicious. Service was friendly and I’ll easily get three meals out of this burrito. They specialize in burritos, so that’s their main menu item. I love the quote on the menu, “Small place, small menu, BIG flavor!” It’s so true. Parking isn’t great, but as the sign outside the front says, you can park a little north where a big sign says “Alterations”. Definitely my new place for smothered burritos!"
