"Where do I even begin. Met the owner Poncho and he is an absolute stud. Extremely kind and very helpful. Gave us all the sauces to try and was very attentive to make sure we had a positive experience. The rest of the staff was also so nice and helped us in anyway they could. Now, onto the food. Wow. Probably the best Mexican food in Davis county. For starters, the salsa selection with your chips was much more than just water and tomatoes like lots of Mexican places. Bold flavors and different options to fit ever spice level. And the perfect crunch of the chip. The street corn is an absolute must share as an appetizer as well. Finally getting to the main course, Birria tacos are to die for, as well as the carne asada and green Chile pork (so tender!). The fried chicken sandwich was one of the most unique chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had as well.. no doubt in my mind to get that again. Great experience, great food, every thing was great. Don’t hesitate."

"We’re SO glad our friends recommended this restaurant since the sign looks more industrial instead of like a restaurant and there aren’t signs off the road it’s hard to find. But the food was AMAZING! All six of us loved our dishes. Great service too, our server was friendly and helpful with all our questions. Wish we lived closer! Will definitely be back!"

"What an awesome place! My wife and I stopped in for a bite to eat on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted with a smile, seated quickly and provided chips and salsa. Our server was Fantastic and provided great suggestions. She checked on us regularly and always had a smile. We ordered the green chile cheese burger and the birria tacos. Both items exceeded our expectations and the portion size was enough for later. I will say.....the sauce (with green chilies) that came with the birria tacos was to die for, I started to eat it with the chips. The free salsa with the chips was interesting...not sure how I feel about it, however I did continue to eat it as it was very intriguing .We also enjoyed the sopas that came with the food. I definitely will be back."

"We are so blessed to have this lil piece of New Mexico on our own backyard in North Salt Lake! The food is amazing, staff is so inviting, friendly, and even remembers our orders! Even our kids love GCH! The owner and his wife are so personable and on several occasions, he himself has brought us complimentary sopaipillas after our meal! Great place to bring the whole family, even the picky eaters! Don’t miss out on the green chili sauce, you’ll want to smother it on EVERYTHING!"

"10/10. Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had. I couldn’t believe the level of service and the quality of food that was delivered. We felt at home. Every dish left a strong impression. Starting off with the egg rolls, they were crunchy, hearty and paired very nicely with the dipping sauce. The green chili burger is one of the best I have ever had. The patty was soft and perfectly cooked, seasoned and moist. Along with the fresh artisan bun each bite was better than the last. That was 2/2 and when I thought things couldn’t get any better boom the trifecta….the quesadilla. The chicken was an absolute explosion of juicy flavor in the crunch of the tortilla. As a bonus we had the pleasure of trying a delicious bread with honey they brought to our table at no extra charge. The level of commitment and passion put into the food here is the exact recipe for success."
