Little Caesars Pizza

"Received awful treatment from whom I assume is the manager. I ordered on the app later in the evening ... unbenouned this location was closed. However, the app allowed me to order anyway. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I tried knocking, but all of the employees ignored. Until the manager practically whispered "we're closed" without barely looking up. I tried explaining that I had already paid. Of course, through the glass door, it was difficult. However, they were not interested in listening or even acknowledging me. I walked to the drive-through window (because the manager refused to open the door or even walk closer so i could hear her. That is when the manager continued to ignore me and tell me the location was closed, not letting me explain my situation. I understand it's a small amount of money to some but I don't have very much money. So the matter was more severe for me. I understood I wouldn't be getting my order that night. I knew the location was closed by that time. However, I thought it was only fair that they told me how I could process a refund either that day or the next, and I would have been happy to return. The issue is the way the manager treated me. She smirked at me when it was obvious I was flustered, and after I had explained my issue. Of course, this made me upset. I may have raised my voice, but it was not fair for a paying customer to be treated such as that. I'm never going to this location again. In fact, I'm never going to Little Caesars again because of this. That may seem drastic for most and silly for some. However, I don't believe any manager should treat a customer so poorly after an incident that was not even the customers fault."

"Had the lunch special. Deep dish pepperoni and a drink. Tasted like it should, Great! Fast service. Easy to see place from the main road. Has plenty of good parking."

"I just had a pepperoni slices and sticks pizza at this place! Wow, what I'll definitely be, I'll definitely be coming back for another. I would take a picture , but there's not much left , but that's o k right."

"People there are rude, give you other peoples orders and then make it seem like it’s your fault that they can’t do their job right. The man with the strong accent that works in drive through is the rudest of them all and will call you names and is sick with some type of cold/flu while dealing with peoples food."

"It's... fine. It's fine. It's Little Ceasars, cheap food fairly quick. I do have a problem where I usually have to wait for my food to be made for hot n ready stuff, but they do at least warn me before making final decision. On two occasions they said they would bring the food out to my car in a certain time, but I've been forgotten both times. I still come cause it's pizza for cheap and faster than anywhere else so there you go"
