Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"We called in an order and we're told the price online is the same as in the store. Entire order should have been $24. Get into the store and the total is double that and we are told that online prices aren't honored in store. Final quoted price was $50. What a joke to be told one thing over the phone and then told it won't be honored."

"Well don’t plan on ever going here if you have a child with allergies. Daughter has 15+ allergies and their “allergen menu” on the website does not account for or include all of her allergies so we decided to go in and ask. As some of her allergies are anaphylactic if ingested, it’s important that we see ingredient lists with our own eyes. The worker was kind enough to go in the back and take a picture of the ingredients for us but unfortunately the manager was less than accommodating and told her she was not allowed to show us. Then proceeded to tell us that there are actually no ingredient labels. Which, to my understanding, is against the law and seemed like a flat out lie. Most restaurants are kind and try their best to provide the knowledge we need for the safety of our daughter. Not here. Instead you will be met with rude, discriminating lies. Disappointing and disgraceful for such a big company."

"We ordered in advance showed up to pick it up and waited for a half hour past the time the order was supposed to be ready. We get it if they are busy, but the workers friends were in there so they were busy visiting while they prepped the order. Even worse was after we waited for quite some time someone else came in and threw a fit and they pulled their ticket and put them to the front of the line. So I guess we have to be a jerk to get our order on time. Very disappointed in the service."

"I'm a long time fan of Papa Murphy's Pizza. They always use quality ingredients. This location has efficient workers and the company's deals are good. The one con is that ordering food in person requires that you put in your phone number to get points, and I always forget that. No reason to take a star away, but it seems like they should offer a second way to earn points, like a system that remembers your credit card is attached to your account."

"Papa Murphy's Pizza is my top go-to pizza place. Their take stuffed pizza is huge and taste great! The customer service is always friendly, and the preparation of pizza is timely. Atmosphere is always clean and smells like dough!"
