"We ordered over $300 in sandwiches to be delivered at 3:30 pm. We placed the order almost 2 weeks in advance and pre-paid. They never arrived until 4:30 pm on the day we asked for. When they weren’t here at 3:40, we called and we told the driver just left with them (we are less than 10 minutes away from the store). We called again at 4:00 and were told the same thing. They finally show up at 4:30-after our group was gone-with our order. I have tried at least 10 times to talk to the manager and keep getting some excuse why he isn’t available. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never use Jimmy John’s again!!!! The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t give anything lower."
