"I go to a lot of Wendy's and generally love the food. This place served me the dryest chicken sandwich I've ever had. Totally over cooked. Disappointing because I was already on the road and had to eat it."

"Huge jump in prices that do not match the service or quality food. My food was cold and asked for pickles to be removed, but they were not removed. This sounds petty, but I have asked this Location do this many times, and every time they do not do it or they provide me with cold food. This company is raising their prices without any representation for it. I understand that there is inflation, but they are not keeping up with the quality of their food. Lost their standards obviously and it is disappointing. Do not go to this location you will be disappointed. Go to habit burger across the street they now have similar prices since Wendy’s keeps going up and habit burger has standards."

"Cinnabon pull aparts were cold and not nearly as good as the ones you get from Cinnabon. Went in based on offer of free treat. Not available at my location so I paid $5. Way too much for value of food. I won’t be back!!!"

"Ordered a Dave's Single w/out lettuce. Live 2 minutes away. Got home, burger was cold, NO CHEESE!!!! Had Lettuce, Was DRY as #*#*!!!! Funny thing... I had not had a Wendy's burger for years, stopped in Kaysville last week and ordered a Dave's Single (same exact order) however that burger was DELICIOUS!!!! I was craving another one, was deeply disappointed today when I visited the Farmington store (once again). Will NEVER go there again even though it is very close to my house. When is somebody going to get a clue that the Wendy's in Farmington NEEDS SOME HELP!!!! It needs to go away!!!"

"Tried the grilled ranch chicken wrap and my wrap was 80% cheese and some of the chicken was inedible because it was dry and rock hard for some reason? You can see the color difference in my photo. There was 0 ranch and like 4 pieces of lettuce. Also, the fries were almost inedible because of the salt."
