"The most amazing experience . It's my daughters 1st prom after going to several stores she still has no idea what to look for they took her got her dresses and helped her step by step . Definitely a must go through formal store. Very clean and professional ."
"I recently purchased a prom dress from this store, and I couldn't be happier! The selection was vast, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the quality of the dresses exceeded my expectations. The experience was five stars from start to finish!"
"Do not recommend this place, the owner was rude. My sister went to look for her quince dress the girl helping her was super nice but the owner came up to me and my family and told us we had to step out due us being four people and because another quinceañera had arrived. Mind you there was other family’s there trying on prom dresses and they were family’s more than four people. Also the girl helping us told she was not allowed to get tips from customers even if she helped us out. Definitely never going back."
"They keep their front door locked and you must knock to enter that in itself is a violation of fire code. As you walk in they all approached us and ask us what the event was that we were shopping for we said it was for prom. A lady introduced our sales associate and wasn’t even sure of her name, it was very strange. She gets my daughter size and as we are browsing through the dresses a lady jabs her hand through the rack and says OH my God! I’m not sure what else she said because I don’t believe she meant for me to hear her she acted as if I was tearing through the dresses with a sword, as if we wasn’t supposed to be touching the dresses. She immediately ask who was helping us. It was very rude. The sales girls sort of acted like they weren’t comfortable with the older ladies working there either. The whole vibe was off. As my daughter was trying on the dresses they wouldn’t allow you to zip them up all the way so it really hindered the look. The dresses are very cheaply made and sequins were everywhere on the dressing room floor. The stalls are tiny far too small to be trying on dresses another parent there with her daughter was talking about it as well. As my daughter tried on the dresses the compliments the associates were giving were disingenuous. It’s almost like they were told what to say to try to sell something. It didn’t even come out of their mouths properly. I ask if I could use the restroom as my daughter was changing and they ignored my question the first time so I ask again and the all looked directly at one woman and didn’t say anything for a few moments. It was very awkward. The lady responded and they showed me where it was at but the light was turned off and there was no light switch in sight. Again I had to ask twice where the light switch was. You may think why didn’t I use my phone flash light, well I thought about it but this “bathroom” was also their storage area. I had to move the steamer out of my way just to get to the sink to wash my hands. As we left the moment the door shut behind us my daughter and I let out a sigh of relief. I told her there was no way I was going to be purchasing anything from there that was a horrible experience. She said she felt that we were getting treated “less than”. I didn’t get that feeling but it was definitely off. I would NOT recommend this place. We drove 25 minutes away to Edmond and purchased a stunning dress for $750 and had a great time laughing and chatting with about 5 of their associates."
"My daughter was looking for her Qunceañera dress, we had no idea where to go. We ended up at Bella Styles and had an amazing experience. They were so kind. We haven’t ever planned a Quince and the owner was so helpful with our questions. My daughter found her beautiful Quince dress and we are very grateful we ended up at Bella Styles."
