"Dr. Ray was a very pleasant and informative. He took time to explain the issue with my finger and the solution. He gave an injection with care and I expect my finger to get better int he next week."
"Can't give zero stars so had to give them one they don't deserve. Took my mother because she was weak, with flu symptoms but coughing and vomiting blood for 2 days. Nurse took vitals and came back to ask 2 things but she forgot one so she left and came back later when she remembered. Doctor took forever to come and see her (ER was practically empty) and prescribed her antibiotics and steroids for bronchitis. I told him she can't keep anything down not even water and he didn't even pay attention. When the nurse came back in to discharge I told her the same thing and she said she'll let the doctor know. How is she supposed to keep down her medication when she can't even keep down water?! Well she came back with the prescription for her and guess what? Nothing was prescribed for her nausea. Her discharge papers clearly say that if she is coughing or vomiting blood to take her back to the hospital because it is an emergency. That's why I took her in the first place and they sent her right back!! These people are a joke."
"Staff was fantastic, they check with me to make sure I was comfortable. Sylvia Johnson, walked me to each one of the testing sites for preoperative surgery care. She was so kind and explained everything to me."
"Nurses were on point. I was offered a warm blanket before I asked for one. The nurses kept me comfortable and stayed on top of my pain. They made sure when I was ready to go home. I had the meds in me after my back surgery to get me home comfortable. Dr Morsy was excellent. Very nice facility"
"Had an asthma attack and passed out while using my albuterol, hit my head on the kitchen counter top, and required stitches. Both the ambulance and fire department arrived at my house super fast. They rushed me to ER and they took really good care of me. A+ service. They were nice, attentive, and showed a lot of empathy. I highly recommend! Thank you for the care that was given to me!"
