"This is a make your own pizza joint. You can choose between different crusts, sauces, and toppings, all for the same price! They have preset pizza combos, wraps, and chicken wings. There is also a "No Name" dessert, which is a larger version of a Ding-Dong. Not sure if it's worth $3, though. I got a mod crust (standard crust) Mad Dog. It's cooked to order, so it was hot and fresh out of the oven. The employees were friendly and will come back if I'm in the area."

"Waited in line for 30 min just to place order. Only 1 person making pizzas at lunch hour on valentines day! Then, I waited 20 minutes for my pizza, went up to ask if it was done yet. They told me they accidentally gave it to someone else that came in, took it as a door dash. I asked at what point they were going to tell me about the error, as I had been there waiting and watching people come and go that had ordered after me. The kid at the register offered no apologies for the mistake and said "sometimes it happens". That's it for an apology for wasting an hour there? Then he asked if I'd like like to wait another 15 minutes while he made it again. I asked for an immediate refund and left. Never go to this MOD pizza! They couldn't care less about anything at their job especially customer service."

"It's like the Subway of Pizza. You pick your size, crust, sauce, and cheese, then it moves on down the line where you pick the veggies, meats and other toppings, then it's placed in a brick oven. The toppings are good quality and the prices are good for the amount you get."

"I love Mod, and I recently moved to the area and saw there was a nearby location so of course I wanted to go, but I was shocked at this location. It was so dirty and uncleanly. There was meat in the veggies and cheese (I am vegetarian so that wasn't appreciated) also there was cheese and toppings all over the counter and floor. The staff was incredibly slow, I have never waited that long at any other location I've visited. They didn't even put the name I told them for the order either, they purposely shortened it. The atmosphere in this mod is also unlike any other and I just don't like it, it feels cheap compared to other locations, but I don't know how they are open when they are this dirty, and slow. This location was a huge let down from a mod lover, and I will not be returning."
