"Horrible customer service. My mcmuffin was ice cold in the middle and my frappe was only about 2/3rds full. Made to pull forward to wait an additional 7 minutes with no one behind me. I don't speak Spanish any better than the employees speak English so I'm not sure if they understood my question when I asked where the rest of my frappe was, but she walked away without answering."

"Omg tried to get a regular sized iced mocha and it took longer to order than the food for 4 different people. Idk what's so hard to understand about a regular size Iced coffee mocha flavor. ended up with an extra beverage - iced coffee but it wasn't even what I had ordered."

"I worked fast food for a good portion of my teenage and young adult career life. I remember having to go out every hour and check the lobby. Clean up anything that needed cleaning. After any rush, we would go out and clean the lobby of needed. Then we cleaned again before closing. This was disgusting. I gave 2 stars because the employees were nice and smiled when they interacted with us. The food was good. Fresh and no mistakes. I hope they can figure out the cleaning part of the inside. That's just not acceptable."
