Little Caesars Pizza

"Friday night chaos. Ordered online took an hour. 40 minutes after the pickup time. Pizza was cold because the order was finished and then left aside forgotten about. Just kids working. Horribly managed location for a Friday night."

"*drive thru* went around 2 on a Saturday, it was fast to order and ready when I pulled up to the window. Almost $30 for the 2 pizzas, crazy bread, and sauce. Got home after about 5-10 minute drive and it was all a good warm temperature. Have been to this location 3 times, no complaints."

"I've been to this location a few times and every time I end up waiting way too long. I've pre-ordered my pizzas through the app and shown up when it is supposed to be ready and end up waiting 40 minutes longer or more for them to be ready. They have a pizza portal but never use it. Often they give me the order but one pizza is missing, so I then end up waiting even longer while they remake it. They keep all the pizzas in boxes stacked on the counter until customers ask for a particular one or show up for their online order. However, all their pizza warmers are empty, so don't expect your pizza it to be "hot and ready". The employees will spend minutes just chatting with each other or friends that come in, and people will be waiting for way too long before they get attended. Their management really needs to step up and lead their team to be more attentive and better organize how they fulfill orders. They need to use the equipment and keep the orders hot and not cooling on a counter for 25 minutes while they "fix" the order and bake up the missing items. Update: I spoke with a manager who just apologized for my waiting 50 minutes, and told me he just remade my pizza personally, and that they must have given one of my pizzas to a customer in the drive through. I asked him about the equipment, and their stacks of unmarked boxes of pizzas on the counter, and he just said, sorry we are just busy. No refund, no discount, just a deal with it, and we won't try and organize better. The thing that sucks is this is one of the only places that does a pretzel pizza when the others stopped. I can go without."

"Nice people, but last two orders have been messed up. Ordered a lunch combo on 8.16.23, waited for about 20 minutes for it to be made, and when I got it and drove to work it was an ICB and not a lunch combo. Ordered another lunch combo today 8.17.23 through the app. I went and picked it up and when I got back it was the lunch combo, but was not cooked thoroughly (still doughty on the top of the pizza). Called in to see if anything could be done on it but just got voice-mail. Not super concerned about it, but just a caution to customers and Employees to check the pizza before leaving the store. UPDATE: Went into the store and talked to a manager. He refunded my order and we got it resolved."

"3.2 Stars, Decent pizza, typical chain quality. The Detroit style was ok, nothing special. The pretzel cheese Pizza was different in a good way, kinda growing on me. Instagram @foodieadventuresusa"
