"Couldn't get our order right to save their necks, still ended up not getting a chicken sandwich that we had ordered it never even got billed to us and we were in a hurry and they were taking a long time so not overly happy with this experience"

"Had 2 coupons for 2for6$ each, they still charged me the $7 like it was normal and as if I had brought in no coupons, the sandwiches were squished and smashed not because of the weight of anything on top of them. This place sucks, I will never eat here again, I can barely understand the people speaking through the drive through window that woke there"

"The Kaysville Arby's has really gone down hill in every aspect possible. You spend 15-20 minutes in the drive through to get garbage food. Literally, just spend OVER 15 minutes in drive through for our food. Get home and guess what...NO FREAKING CHICKEN ON OUR CHICKEN SANDWICH. ITS A BUN, LETTUCE, AND MAYO! Are you kidding me!"

"Really fast drive through during the post Holidays time period. I quickly and accurately got my order. Food was delicious. I got the 2 for $7 sandwich deal. Good buy. The only issue was the crowded parking lot. The drive-thru was clear and fast."

"The team at this Arby's made our night. Our daughter (age 6) was walking back from the bathroom, and got hit by the door opening by an employee. Total accident, no one's fault, but the employee (Josh) was very apologetic and we continued with dinner. As we were finishing up, Josh arrived with a free chocolate shake for our daughter as a surprise to say sorry. Our daughter was thrilled (of course) and we were touched by his thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to make our night great. Yes, the drive through is crazy slow sometimes, but we have always been treated with respect at this Arby's."
