"Shout out to Cameron! This guy was on top of everything! We legit thought that he was a manager, he's a really young guy with some incredible work ethic. My partner and I could not stop raving about him at our table. We were here two weeks ago and Cameron was the only server on the floor, though it was a early Friday morning and there were only three other tables with people he was waiting on them all. Fast forward to today, January 21 and Ihop was buzzing. We were sat with another server but chatted with Cameron for a bit. He said it's been really nice as they have hired more wait staff. Even though it was a busy Sunday morning, our server got our drink orders quickly and was right back to take our order. I didn't catch his name but he was quite attentive and was sure to check on us throughout our meal without being overbearing. The food we got was delicious, the daughter and I got the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'n Fruity combo with crepes and it was delicious. My partner got a chicken salad, minus the tomatoes and avocado. The greens were so clean and crisp and the while thing was just very fresh. My partner did mention that she does not care for their ranch however. My mom came and visited us as she was in the area mid-meal. Our server was very kind ven though we took up his table for nearly 2-hours. The whole experience was great. I am not used to taking photos of our food, after we already dug into the sampler I remembered lol so the plate is missing a few things. Great job to the staff and managers of Riverdale Ihop!"

"Went for a late lunch early dinner around 3:30. Restaurant was clean, service was good. I believe Tyler was our waiter and he did an excellent job."

"I'm going to start with the very typical I dont write a ton of reviews. I get EVERY restaurant has a bad day. That being said your location has been a consistent train wreck for years and at this point you make me feel obligated to warn others not to waste their money. I have live in Riverdale for 7 years and given this restaurant chance after chance to get it RIGHT with utter failure at every turn from you. Bad visit one! There was a hair in my wife's food. My eggs were cold. Literally pointed it out to the waitress and left because you cant give heated eggs or safe uncontaminated food. Literally didnt give you a shot for a year... Bad visit 2! Come in with wife and kids. Standing at front for over 10 minutes with no other customers in the restaurant and your staff saw us and apparently decided they didnt want to work and ignored us until we left. Waited another 2 years to give you a shot... Bad visit 4! Dejavue no one willing to serve us. Had to leave. Bad visit number 5! I come in with my kids. Your waiter was pretty nice to my kids and we actually got seated this time. You all took so long my kids 7 and 8 stopped and asked where their food was because they were hungry and I kid you not... I timed it and 40 minutes went by while your not busy and plenty of staff to operate correctly! Your waiter brings me applesauce to tie my kids over for their food wait when you finally bring our food you brought half of my order and I had to wait for the French toast another 5 minutes after you brought over my luke warm hashbrowns and eggs that got colder while I waited for the main plate of French toast. I still tipped the waiter because he was nice enough but typically I would not reward wait staff for restaurants mistakes. EVERYONE STAY AWAY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS AND THEY DONT CARE TO FIX IT! Dont apply here because you'll never get tips with such pathetic operations standards! It's not that hard. You literally have thousands of restaurants that operate successfully you can mimicking not including your competitor restaurants. Close this restaurant down. You are a failure! I even cleaned my own table because the only bus boy I saw was a 60 year old senior citizen who probably desperately needed the job!"

"I asked for crepes. It took more than half an hour to get them finally. They looked yummy. Unfortunately, it seemed they were cooked in old oil where they had cooked meat. I got two bites and couldn't eat then. They taste bad."
