Del Taco

"We ordered two combo meals, one number two with extra special sauce and a vanilla shake. We left the drive thru with his combo and three small tacos. I had to go inside to get my combo because someone didn't ring it up. When I did so, I asked specifically for my tacos to come with the special sauce yet, they rang in one of the tacos with special sauce and the other, none. Why the heck would I order two tacos with extra sauce and you take off the sauce for the other one when you charge me an extra 20 cents?! So you charged me 20 extra cents for extra sauce and kept it off the other one? I'm sorry but that really pissed me off"

"Food was good. Service inside was slow. My food sat on the counter until all of drive through was done. It would have been nice to have service the way it is meant to be. Customers in the store are to be given attention and and not ignored. Something needs to be done to fix these problems. No one serving the front of the store and ignoring us in the store is not good practice."

"We usually grab epic burritos for lunch or dinner, and they are really good. Tried breakfast this morning and waited a little over 15 minutes in the drive-thru from ordering to the window to get my food. It was a little ridiculous. Some places are ok, but this is your typical fast food and shouldn't take that long"

"The drive thru wasn't busy when I went through it around 130 pm. The quesadilla I ordered wasn't even cooked all the way. My kid wouldn't touch it and neither would I, so a waste of money. And service wasn't especially friendly or bad."

"The staff at this location are lovely. Always fast service and a great deal. The food is also delicious and fresh. Best location I've been to! Accessible parking and entrance. Has an outdoor dining patio and a l Play room. Currently you can't eat or play inside, but it's there for when things get normal. I've uploaded a photo with their covid protections they've implemented, including plexiglass guards between employees and customers."
