"Chipotle is a chain so I’m not gonna go talk about the food because those who get it get it and those who don’t don’t. Imma pop off about the service. These employees are so beyond nice. They are super friendly and do not skimp on any of the toppings. My husband accidentally ordered all the salsas and spiced himself out but after explaining to the employee he happily remade his food without salsa. They laughed about it with my husband and he had a fun story plus I went back the next day and the same amazing employees were there and provided amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend."

"Sincere review here. The physical place itself is not bad. It looks clean and has the usual Chipotle atmosphere. Great location for Syracuse and surroundings. However, the customer service and the food is not on pair with other Chipotle's branches. The servings are smaller, the food is cold at serving, and my orders have been wrong three times. The branch here has potential but needs some attention for improvement. I won't be back here in a long time, I will give it another chance in a year or so"

"3rd time at this location, and here is our honest opinion. Our first time we had a very large order right after the High school kids left, out of 5-6 items 2 were missing the meat altogether, 2 had low meat and the one that was a steak burrito had meat but it had a lot of gristle. 2nd time, 1 burrito, and 1 quesadilla the meat was very knotty/gristle. 3rd time 2 burritos, one with chicken half a scoop of meat (tasted good) the other burrito was steak and was knotty/ gristle again. The black beans were great, the pinto beans needed to be rotated they looked old and dried out. The chips tasted good but the reg size queso was tiny. I’m thinking we will stick with Cafe Rio"

"SKIP!! Not worth quality, quantity, price, or wait! Ordered online at 5:50pm on a Saturday. Thought it would be busy since it’s new. Well, my family and I got there at 6:10 (when they said our food would be ready). Well there were about 10 other people waiting for their to-go orders. That’s fine. We can wait a couple minutes. At 6:30 we asked (not a lot of those people had left yet). They said they received our order but it wasn’t done yet. That’s fine. Maybe short staffed? (Shouldn’t be on a Saturday night when they are new). Anyway, we sat and watched at least twenty people come through the line and get their food eat and leave before we did. AN HOUR AFTER THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY at 7:10 we finally received our order! We were sitting there with our two kids and they were antsy. (We did ask for our drinks sooner and they gave us a bag of free chips). We got home (not wanting to spend any more time there) and they gave us a burrito bowl instead of an actual burrito. And the portion sizes WERE NOT WORTH $11!!! (See pic) I can’t believe how much they DIDNT put in). The kids meals are also not worth even $5. I really want my money back. We were so pissed. We should’ve asked for our money back and went to Cafe Rio, Costa Vida, or Moe’s. Also, worth noting, our food wasn’t warm even a little bit. Like they made it and put it on a shelf somewhere in the back and let it sit. Like they forgot about it. We did talk to another costumer there, named Cami, and she had the same issue. Was there the same time, ordered the same time, and still was there waiting when we left. SKIP!!"

"This Wells Fargo bank turned Chipotle opened January 2024. Standard chipotle food options, nice decor, and plenty of seating both indoor and out. The thing I’m most excited about is the digital pickup, which is basically a pre order drive thru! I expect I will be using this a lot. Thanks Chipotle for coming to our neighborhood!"
