"We had a horrible experience at the Ogden location. We had an appointment for CT scans with contrast. After check in waited 30 minutes finally went and asked for the contrast she responded saying she didn’t know what that was asked and someone they said we have raspberry. Drank that waited went back to start IV five tries and three people later we finally have an iv started. Then we were told he seemed dehydrated well duh no food or drink for 6 hours before CT. They should know most patients will be dehydrated due to their instruction. Hospital CTs have been much better experience with better patient care."

"Good experience. People were friendly, courteous, and helpful. After checking in I was quickly taken in for my scan. I was informed of what was going to happen and what to expect from all those involved. Would definitely go back if I were to need another scan at some time!"

"Even though I accidentally came an hour early, they were very kind and accommodating. And I got to listen to Christmas music during the MRI! The lady who did the MRI kept me updated on how much longer it would be and checked to make sure I was okay."

"I have gone through this particular facility twice several years apart for different scans. My first experience here progressed smoothly and was handled swiftly and efficiently with billing. However, upon my second visit, after the scan was complete I was informed that it would be ran through insurance and I would be sent the final bill. This never actually happened. Instead, I waited for no more than two months, received nothing, and then my bill was automatically sent into a collections agency. With my current circumstance, it would be better for me to just pay they collection agency as they are more willing to work with a payment plan for a single mother who only makes $15 an hour, but this situation was not handled the way it should have been. I just wanted to voice my concerns and frustrations to possibly ensure more efficiency in their billing process in the future for me and for others. Thank you."
