"This Cafe Rio can be up and down, but today it was great! I visited for lunch and things were better than other times I've visited. The dining room was clean. Every table wiped down, trash cans empty, floor spotless! The cashier was helpful and efficient. My NACHOS were delicious. Of course, the food is always great at Cafe Rio"

"100 % do not order with this branch if they seem busy at all. Last 3 times I've placed an online order with this restaurant I've waited minimum 30 mins for orders placed hours in advance and they've always gotten something wrong with each and every order. I love cafe rio but this branch specifically give Cafe Rio a bad look. Maybe new management could be helpful. Definitely not going back to this restaurant! "My husband and I Went to the Cafe Rio near Station Park in Farmington around 5:30pm 6/29/2023. I am not one to complain, and bad things need to improve so hear we go.I found two eye lashes and what looks like a cat hair in my food. I pulled them out and put them on this napkin. My husband took the hairs to the girl at the check out and she had the nerve to claim that they were on the napkin to begin with by saying sometimes they’re on the napkins, when my husband clearly watched me pull them out of my salad. They also forgot to give us our receipt and thought that giving us these meal coupons would make up for it all. When these also looked used. Since I’m leaving a review, there is more to mention: They added hardly any meat and tried to blend it with the beans to make it look like it had more. They rushed us past ingredients without offering them. We had to go back multiple times. And they were annoyed when we had to ask for items they failed to offer. In addition to the above: A dad was in line with his son in front of us and they got their order wrong too. And also charged them more for a meal that was advertised as a deal. And gave them attitude for even mentioning it. And some of the lettuce was brown. Overall it was really poor service and the food was not good. My husband didn’t even finish his food, it was that bad."

"When ordering online the app said the food was ready when going in to pick it up they said they still had to make the food. They offered a free drink. The food was warm at best. The tacos had no meat in them. They used the large salad lettuce and it was basically just lettuce in a tortilla With a big glob of sour cream. I’ve had these same tacos at 3 other locations and they did not look or taste like this anywhere else. I was not even able to eat the second one because I didn’t want to just eat dry lettuce with a soggy tortilla. Will not be coming to this location again."
