"They are consistent in quality of food, and service. My go to is a smothered sweet pork burrito, smothered in their red enchilada sauce. My husband gets a sweet pork salad. Ingredients have always been fresh when I've gone. My primary qualm is if you order online, I wouldn't advise requesting extra meat. I haven't noticed anything different from their regular portions when I have done this in the past. Isn't worth the extra charge for me if I don't notice a difference."

"I ordered a salad with extra meat and I barely got any meat at all and very little salad. In fact there was more rice than lettuce in my SALAD. This is ridiculous, I feel like if I was there watching them make it rather than ordering online I would have gotten my moneys worth. This is by far the smallest salad I’ve gotten from Costa Vida."

"This location gets worse and worse every time I order. I’m at my wits end. Costa Vida used to make amazing, delicious food. Lately it’s been far below the expected quality. The food is always overcooked, or on the case of the Queso, it’s reheated too many times and becomes grainy and gross. It’s like whoever runs the kitchen doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s embarrassing. It’s disappointing and I can’t believe that anyone in charge would accept how things are. It’s ridiculous. I just got an order that was missing a whole quesadilla meal. The one that did come has ‘refried beans’ that are just brown water. Somehow the quesadilla is ice cold, the sour cream looks like milky water and the rice is soggy. It all looks inedible. Whoever is in charge needs to make some changes."

"I love Costa Vida, however, this location specifically is VERY stingy on the meat portion on the salads, they will pinch two tongs full and call it good.. barely ANY meat. We as customers are paying $10-$11 for a SALAD. It’s mainly lettuce, they need to be more generous on the meat. I had asked for extra meat (it’s $2 extra which I’m fine with paying) I had to ask 2 different times tonight to please add more meat because the employees are so greedy like it comes out of their paycheck, even when I am paying the extra money for what I asked for and they seemed irritated by me asking politely. This is something I’m sure a lot of people don’t like but many won’t say anything or make a review. This is what reviews are for. Hope this will change sometime soon. The Clinton location is more generous and I don’t have to ask again. Please look into this issue and fix it. Also, there’s NEVER a parking spot!! Even in the garage!!!!!"
