"Ashley is to be commended. I was looking for solid blue wrapping paper. She took me to the shelf where it was located, but there was only orange in the display. She said she remembered a shipment coming in that day, and she went and got the boxes, and was able to give me the blue paper I so badly needed. She went above and beyond with customer service!"

"They are deceptive with where they place their discount signs. Prices have raised ... From their geyser water that used to be $145 now it's $1.80. I've traveled all over and loved seeing The Family Dollar Store. Now I hate this store as it causes great frustration every single time I try to give it another shot. This crossroads store & staff are terrible. Go to Walmart or even Smiths. They are straightforward. You know what you are getting."

"Update: Still hiring great people. The AC wasn't working today, and there was the most cheerful woman working there. Gave me advice on a mechanic, helped me with my purchase, and still worked hard doing displays and signs without complaining about the heat. The staff here is so great! And that's really the only difference from one family Dollar to another. I'm grateful for the people working here."

"I've shopped at many Family Dollar stores. This one in particular the staff was very very nice. The store kind of needed some clean up but I do not hold that against the staff they were very short-handed. They're not hiring and the staff is really stressed out but they do their best to try and help you as much as they possibly can."
