"Gotta say, this place is decorated BEAUTIFULLY which is honestly the best thing about it. We were told to wait 15 minutes before we could grab a seat, but they texted us so we could walk around Trolley Square while we waited. The garlic bread appetizer was one of the best garlic breads I have ever had in my life!! Would rate that bread a 12/10 it was just that good, came with plenty of dipping sauce and just melted in my mouth. Can't say the same for the pasta. We ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and the spaghetti was very basic. For an expensive dish ($17+) it was very underwhelming and small in size. Convenient place to eat if you're in the Trolley Square area. It's just alright."

"I love Spaghetti Factory! This location is really fun too. Every meal comes with either soup or salad. I’m more of a soup person so I always order their soup. Their soup is a minestrone soup and it’s really good. Their salad is also really good if you’d prefer salad. They have a delicious creamy pesto dressing for the salad that is so good. For my entree, I always order the manger’s favorite and with that you get to choose 2 different pasta sauces. I always get the clam sauce and the mizithra. They are both delicious and they go really good together. Every meal also comes with a scoop of spumoni ice cream. If you aren’t from the area, I recommend giving this place a try."

"First, the ambience is absolutely spectacular. The interior, the little private trolley in the middle (no additional charge), the selection of chairs, booths, seating, etc. There are absolutely so many options for you to choose where you'd like to sit and experience a lovely meal. I would absolutely recommend making a reservation. It's quite a large place, and there is free parking across from the Trolley Square Mall on the south end. The cheesy-bread w/ bacon and marinara was absolutely spectacular. The taste of cheese, bread, garlic and bacon were completely separate experiences, but combined in one dish. It was superb. The side caesar salad had a satisfactory quantity of croutons (per my preference), but the dressing was absolutely too much. I would kindly recommend reducing the amount of dressing you add to the salad. The minestrone soup was quite splendid. Very nicely flavored and thick enough to call a 'savory soup.' It's very tasty, and I wish they offered larger portions. It wasn't 'thin' at all like the minestrone at Olive Garden. It was perfectly tasty. The lasagna was..... not exquisite. The texture of the ground meat was too fine, there was quite literally almost no cheese baked within the layers, and the sauce was a tad too sour / bitter. I took one bite and threw it in the trash afterwards. The good thing is, nothing was overly priced. I only spent about $20-25 dollars for what I wanted. :) This establishment is so perfect for an evening date night. I'll be back. :)"
