"My husband and I are coming up on our two year anniversary of starting our journey to become licensed foster parents with COC. Thankful for the guidance that Clarissa gave us through the licensing process. While getting licensed and staying licensed can be stressful and overwhelming, Clarissa makes it easier with email reminders and makes sure we are up to date. She is a kind, and friendly person to work with. Also, want to acknowledge Monica as our case manager. She’s very knowledgeable in this field and brings a very calming presence to the different emotions that foster parenting may bring. We appreciate her quickness to respond to questions and concerns no matter what time it is! She’s also the most on time person I’ve ever met, which is impressive given this line of work."

"They do not help with family couseling. Yvette made appointments with me and canceled and rescheduled last minute. I tried to report the issue to the office manager Mike and he didnt listen to anything I said and was ready to refer me to another program. These people are collecting checks without actually working. They don't want to help families solve their issues, they would rather wait until children go into foster care. Mike and Melissa were very rude to me when I called to express the situation, I can't imagine how they talk to the children."

I began fostering at the beginning of 2020, so I had the privilege of helping foster children, and the chaos of a pandemic. COC was there to help every step of the way.
