"The room was small, but for the price, my daughter and I could manage. It was within budget and offered a hot breakfast daily which was a perk. It smelled clean as soon as I arrived. They do clean. The elevator was still broken but we were fine with a room on the first floor. If all you need is a clean safe place to rest this works just fine. I would stay here again."

"The lady that worked the night shift on the night of 10/15 going onto 10/15 at 1:30am was the rudest human being I have ever met. I have never in my entire life been spoken to like that before, all while I was being incredibly polite. First I called the location to make sure there was availability and that there would be no issues with my service animal. She didn’t even bother responding, I had to ask again and she gave me so much attitude and I had barely said a word yet. Then, once I got there, she wasn’t helpful whatsoever but then only after I had already paid she started asking me questions about my service dog. Most of these questions are illegal to ask about service dogs, and I answered them anyways to be polite but I also respectfully let her know that she’s not legally allowed to ask these questions, because I figured someone in the customer service industry of a hotel should want to know that information to further their knowledge in how to be a better worker. She then gave me even more attitude and told me that the alternative is that she kicks me out and I find somewhere else to stay. I was shocked that I had been threatened like that all while being so polite. I even clarified that I’m not trying to give her a hard time I was just informing her and she gave me the same threat back as a response. She also accused my service dog of being fake because he wasn’t wearing a “badge.” Service dogs are NOT required to wear badges. In fact, legally speaking, service dogs are not required to wear any sort of identification. That said, my service animal had his service tags on his collar, she just didn’t bother to look carefully before throwing an accusation out there. He also had his service vest I just didn’t have it on him because we’ve doing doing a full day long car ride in a hot car and I didn’t want him to be hot all day, and also we were just trying to get a hotel and sleep and I didn’t want to put it on him for the 10 seconds it took us to walk to the hotel room that’s totally pointless, I don’t feel the need to go through that all “for show.” And to clarify, it is not the dog in my profile picture that I am referring to. It is my Belgian malinois medical alert dog, in case I have a medical episode. He is a medical detection dog. Accusing a trained service dog of not being a service dog and threatening to kick us out over me informing you about certain questions you legally cannot ask is an immediate lawsuit. I kept my mouth shut to have a place to stay, but I have not been so disappointed in customer service in my entire life. I’ve never been treated so poorly, disrespected for no reason, and talked down to like that ever. This lady does not deserve to have any job, much less one in the customer service industry. I expect this hotel to raise their standards immediately. This is not up to standards, and I cannot in good faith recommend anyone pay money to come here just to be disrespected and talked down to like an elementary school bully. Aside from that, this hotel wasn’t that nice. Pricier than a bestwestern. I’d just go to a BW or one of the places next to here."
"The lady who checked us in was nice, efficient and quick! I love that they have more than just two towels in the room so a family of four doesn’t have to go ask for more!"
