"Horrible service and cold food! The waitress having an attitude right off the bat should’ve been a clue to leave. She wanted to argue the plate was warm, but my mom’s food was cold as were my hash browns. The only good thing was they didn’t charge for my mom’s food. When you checkout, they charge extra to pay by debit, but yet there is NO sign coming in or out advising you of this."

"I get a room at Ruby's once every few months. I have for years. Never been a bad experience until yesterday. I have counted 40 bed bug bites on my body. And I was only in the hotel room a few hours. I even found a large, living bed bug, put it in a cup, and showed the new owner. Not only did she not apologize, but she tried to avoid refunding me for me room! Instead of saying "I'm so sorry", she said, "why would you stay in the room this long if you were getting bitten by bedbugs?" Well, I have insomnia. And I take medication for it. However it only knocked me out for 3 or 4 hours before I woke up itching all over my body. I had to trash all the laundry I had brought to the room with me. I had to consult my doctor because I've never had a reaction to bites like I'm having right now. And I had to deal with zero empathy from the owner?! Nope, will not be back there. Disgusting! The room, and the owners attitude."

"Was seated & got drinks then sat there over 10 minutes waiting for a waitress that kept saying ill be back in a minute. She didn't ever take our order so we left. They were not that busy. If you go be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes for service & then wait another 15-30 minutes for your mediocre food."
