People come here to get helped not to get judged for the situation that they are in. Disrespectful and unkind literally tossed my paperwork at me. Attitude from the very beginning. Also she complained that the application I brought in was an old application that they don't use anymore. I got this application from YOUR WEBSITE and we could avoid things like this if you answered your phone and communicated with people like a decent human being."
