"HORRIBLE! Buyer beware☠️ do not let your dealership sell you this trash “gap coverage.” they are 2.2 stars for a reason! I had a gut feeling from the get go they were going to do something shady. The entire point of gap coverage is to pay off the loan in the case that your vehicle is totaled and you still owe money. I owed 2,336$ after insurance paid their portion. This company found some loophole where they only had to pay 211$. Leaving me totally screwed. If I could give these people negative stats I would. DO MOT LET YOUR DEALERSHIP SELL YOU RHIS TERRIBLE COMPANY’S CRAP COVERAGE. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY Side note: They are ranked a D- with the BBB AND FOR GOOD REASON"

"I bought the platinum coverage and that was a good choice because it paid for a starter and transmission work, which were covered. Some wear and tare like shocks and struts and pads and rotors were not, but more costly items were. Read your policy. I am glad I went with them. 36,000 miles or 3 years. Make sure to keep proper documentation. They were helpful and relatively quick in response."

"If I could this company a negative review I would. Very disrespectful and condescending. I come to them because I’m trying to file a claim and they pretty are doing anything and everything to not file it. So I pay for warranty that I can’t even use. The person I have been back and forth with is David who is the condescending one. Talking to me as if I’m stupid because I don’t know the ins and outs of the company they work for like they do. I called 3 days before my 30 day grace period and they’re now saying it will never be covered all because I called and wasn’t informed by my loan officer of the 30 day grace period. I called again and spoke to someone else, Brenda, who also was of no help. This company is put in place to make sure you don’t get approved."
