Travis Primeaux - State Farm Insurance Agent

"I would like to start this claim by saying I have never given anyone or any place a 1 star review. This guy and State Farm absolutely deserve it though. I want to save anyone else from the nightmare of dealing with them. We had to file a claim and it was a absolutely terrible. After waiting 5 days with no communication, I called to check in. Turns out there was a clitch in some system and my vehicle had not even been picked up from the wrecker. I then started calling almost every day to check in since no one seemed concerned that the process wasn't moving along. SIX WEEKS LATER, we received reimbursement. I expressed my frustration kindly more times than I care to remember and no one seemed concerned. Every person I spoke to, blamed someone else and said it was out of their hands. The experience was terrible and no one seemed to geninuenly care that it was. I have left State Farm with no intentions of going back. Update: I was still receiving bills from EMS over a month after I turned them into this agent. He finally figured out that the claim had been put on the wrong day. So I had to call and request that be updated. So another month goes by and I receive another bill. I call auto claims to check in and turns out he NEVER TURNED IN OUR MEDICAL CLAIM. So now, once again, I'm doing his job and sending in the medical claims and calling every day to make sure they are paid so I don't end up being sent to collections. Is this real? He DOES NOT care about his clients. He DOES NOT do his job. If you want insurance you have to stress about, follow up with over and over again, and don't expect decent customer service this might be the guy, but otherwise find someone else!!"

"They do a fine job. This is my first time getting state farm. I never walked in and met them in person at the location. I just called in to add and removed cars. It's very convenient for me so thanks to that. However, I was asked how much my old insurance was and they just gave me a quote for the same price, which i didn't save any money from switching over so that was a bummer. That's the reason for 4 stars. I noticed they have reviews from 1-3 yrs ago so I want to give my recent review. Will update more later down the road.."

"I’ve only ever had communications with Jamie Carey and let me say she was exceptional at her job. I moved here from out of state and needed new coverage and she took care of it for me within hours. I actually just switched from State Farm and had no problems (even though I was switching to a different carrier). Jamie is very professional and was willing to help me with everything even though she was losing a customer (I switched due to a lower rate not because of service). If that tells you anything about the level of customer service you get here. Amazing service from Jamie. If you live in Owasso contact Jamie!"
