"Ive had a rough patch over the last few months. Someone vandalized my car and they where great starting off but my car was hit 2 different times and when I go to talk to then they no longer will help me and said I have to contact the other people and that it wasn’t there problem since it wasn’t due to me. I’m going to be looking for new insurance they don’t help you with anything"

"Let me start off by saying stay away from Mike Dennis and COUNTRY Financial. It’s impossible to get a hold of them or get any documentation from them. Anytime I need documents or help I have to call customer service and they end up forwarding my request to Mike’s office and then I finally get a call back. Also I had them quote me for insurance and I never received a binder and they are trying to charge me for two months worth of insurance. They’ve gone so far as to send me to collections for $200. Beware if you are trying to get insured with country financial they WILL look at all of your social media pages. When I was trying to get a quote they came back asking me questions about posts that I had made on Facebook months ago pertaining to the item I was trying to insure. I should have never switched from the company I was with and I regret it to this day."

What really blows me away is how he manages to always hire the greatest secretaries in the world. I'm not kidding. He should teach professional clinics on how to find and hire the best."
