"While the staff are polite and the prices are not really that affordable. I asked the staff member which day my next payment was due by and was told the twelfth. I arrived on the twelfth and my policy was cancelled at midnight. I felt the staff should have said my payment was due by the eleventh to save the extra cost of reinstating my policy. I then went to Shelter insurance company and was able buy my car insurance and renter's insurance and save money at the tune of nearly forty-five dollars per month."
