"I have never received such poor service in my life. I was quoted $94 a month and since February I have been charged $116. I called them and they said they would get it updated because they didn't put the right cancellation date from my previous insurance company in the system. I have been dealing with this for four weeks now. They say they will take care of it but they haven't. I have continued to be charged $116. They also say that they will call me back and they never have. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Buyers beware."
