"Dishonest, rude and it does not bother him to lose customers after a decade. Been with him for about 15 years. I am purchasing a new house and wanted a quote. He pulled my credit without consent then told me that he will not cover the house due to bad credit. I dont have bad credit. it is over 700. I never missed an insurance payment. When I called and asked all he said was just to let him know when to cancel my auto policy. Darrel is usuall really persobable, but now seems bothered to have customers and wants to have less. Sad because he was really professional when I first switched to State Farm."

"How do you rank an insurance agent not worth ranking? Rude, gets into your personal life, for some reason charges almost twice what the same company down across town charged 54 a month for. I'll be changing companies. This man is emotionally and financially destructive."
