"We LOVE this vet. We’ve been taking our corgis here for over 5 years. I love that Dr. Roach can prescribe both alternatives like supplements and acupuncture as well as conventional treatments. Our 8 year old corgi has the energy of a puppy and we know so much of that has to do with the treatment, the supplements, and the nutritional guidance from Holistic Pet Care. All of the team members are wonderful and our dogs love coming here. They get all the attention and treats. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know!"

"Dr Roach is very kind, but his staff and clinics overall are the most unorganized people I've ever had to deal with. I would not recommend solely on this. Also...Dr. Roach seems to just throw essential oils at problems to call himself holistic. He doesn't inform the patients of EO safety....which is super important since they can be harmful to people and pets if used incorrectly."

"Dr. Roach is incredibly helpful. It is obvious how much he cares for pets. Our first experience with him was after my dog had to have bladder surgery for stones. We were new to the area and went somewhere else. Our dog was really struggling from the surgery and not improving when we found Holistic Pet Care. Dr. Roach helped us so much. We wish we would have found him sooner. Its been a year since then. He is the only vet we will see. Recently we came home to the same dog paralyzed in his rear legs. It's nearly impossible to keep him from jumping up and down off of the couch and he hurt himself. It's been a difficult process, but he is finally starting to walk again after a few weeks. I highly recommend this office."

"I wish there was a zero star option. Absolute waste of time and money, Charged me all kinds of money for worthless labs, Told me my dogs cancer had returned, after a very expensive lab test, Then charged me for a cancer consult, Then at the very next appoint. told me he didn't have cancer! Charged me hundreds of dollars for labs I had to call repeatedly for weeks to get results. Finally received a call from an office girl 5 WEEKS later advising to use a medication which was NEVER discussed with me previously. Then received a call from Dr. Roach apologizing and wanting me to spend even MORE money on new labs. I have called multiple times requesting a refund for wasted visits, labs and information and not one person has bothered to call me back. Save yourself the time and, money and grief and pick another holistic vet option."
