"We stopped at this hotel on our way home from a vacation. The staff was very nice and got us into a room and we went to our room and it had live cockroaches in there. We went to the front desk and they said they were sorry and gave us a different room and said a manager would call the next day and talk about a refund due to the issue. And it’s now been a week and no one has called. Disappointed with that concept of our stay. The new room we got was clean and we couldn’t find any bugs or issues."

"I’ve stayed in many Hilton properties through the years, including Home2 franchises. But this is probably the most unique—and best—of them all. The parent Hilton brand makes a loud statement on this property, which features not just a Home2, but also Tru and Homewood Suites. The Home2 and Tru form two connected legs of the U-shaped complex, with a detached Homewood Suites completing the shape. Thus, Home2 and tru have some shared areas, such as front desk, lobby, and breakfast area. And it is the breakfast that was one of the best parts of my stay, combining the typical offerings of both chains, and raising the bar beyond that. I was impressed with the offering. My room was standard Home2 fare, a minimalist design with everything I needed, from kitchenette to sofa and bed. The room was spacious, and the internet blazing fast. Parking is somewhat problematic if you happen to stay on a busy night or arrive late as I did, which meant I had to use the overflow lot across the street. But that’s on me; the franchisee did a great job packing three different hotels onto one parcel. Another benefit was a great 1.1-mile paved walking path around a small lake behind the hotels. This connects to the Midwestern State University campus, and being able to safely and conveniently do a few laps in the morning was an added bonus."

"Wonderful staff! Night desk clerk Christopher was amazing and extremely helpful. If you need a place to stay in Wichita Falls this is it. Close to lots of places without being too crowded. They have a nice hot breakfast and the rooms are comfortable. They also have a convenience store of items to purchase but only draw back is the items are relatively expensive."

"What an awesome hotel experience! All of the staff were amazing, from the people who checked us in to the cleaning crew, breakfast team, and everyone we came in contact with, they were super friendly and professional. The room was nice, freshly cleaned, the furniture was all new and clean - and the lake view was out of this world. Great amenities, proximity to the park, lots of room to take our dogs. If we're ever back in the area we we'll definitely stay here!"
