"Stayed here for 1.5 months, enjoyed the large room, comfortable, quiet, kitchen and accessories in good working order. Breakfast and service was great. Brought my dog and they were very accommodating. Large lake with very nice 1.1 mile track with dogs, families, benches, and lights. Solo female and never felt unsafe at any time of day/night around the hotel or lake. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and would absolutely stay here again. Also close to everything in WF and Sheppard."
"I needed rest on a return trip from Colorado and as a honors member I picked this hotel because of name and location. Nadia was very courteous and professional and quickly checked us in. The exterior was good and the interior public space was very nicely appropriated for the different uses. All 5 star. Lost a star for the room/bathroom condition. The bathing area was (well it needed a lot of attention) at first view the shower door appeared very mildewed. Upon further examination I noticed cracked floor tile and the shower pan (floor) was in really bad shape. The shower floor appeared to have been damaged then repaired (really badly) and multiple times. I was concerned of possibly cutting my feet on the damaged floor and had to be extra careful. I would have given 5 stars except for the bathroom. Yes I would stay here again"
"Great experience, make sure to check in by 5 and get ready for the social hour! Complimentary beverages and light snacks were a nice touch. Accommodating, spacious & clean rooms, and helpful staff. The fitness center had the essentials for cardio and light weights. Would stay here again."
"This place never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable and the evening reception has drinks and snack and a nice place to sit and relax. Morning breakfast is good with scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, and potatoes."
"I have been staying here on business for the last 2 years. I absolutely love this level of service that I get. However, this time the wear and tear was a bit more noticeable in the rooms. It is definitely time for carpet cleaning. And some maintenance work."
