"The first night I was on the 4th floor, my room had no hot water. Didn't know until I was trying to get ready for work at 5am. They moved me down to the third floor. The second morning at 5am I let the water run in the shower and faucet on hot for twenty minutes. The shower got barely tepid warm so I managed to jump in and wash off quickly. Extremely unpleasant. I only need two things from a hotel... A bed, and a hot shower. This place sucks. Definitely stay anywhere else."
"After reading review after review of horrible hotels in Wichita Falls, we finally decided on this one. It did not disappoint. The service was great, the rooms were clean and well furnished. The beds were hard but that is the only negative. The hot tub does not have jets but was one of the hottest I’ve seen for a hotel! I did read a review about the noice, we didn’t hear anything!"
"Clean and friendly ..the pool room was warm on a cold day and the hot tub was amazing. Beds are firm and suits are huge. Oo and happy hour with adult drinks and snanks"
"This Courtyard was very clean and the staff were great. The firepit area and indoor pool and hot tub were a nice touch after a day of driving. I took off a star because it was quite possibly one of the worst nights sleep we have had in a hotel - the mattresses were terrible. I would absolutely stay here again once that is updated."
"It's been a while since I stayed here, and I was originally bummed that my office booked me here since I knew there were 2 newer Marriotts built since I last stayed in WF. I was really impressed with how nice and well maintained it was. The check-in experience was so welcoming. They really appreciated me being a Bonvoy member when I arrived and had an awesome welcome bag and thank you note in the room. Employees were awesome. I'm definitely going to stay here next time."
