"I woke up and knew I wasn't home because THE BED AND PILLOW WERE SO AMAZING. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Sausage eggs waffles muffins yogurt fruit etc and great coffee."
"The facility is conveniently located. The sausage at breakfast was rubbery, but the staff was kind and friendly. The television was too loud and set on a politically opinionated station. We had the ADA room with a roll-in shower. This facility IS NOT RECOMMENDED for people with mobility issues. The bed is way too tall for safe transfer from a wheelchair. The shower is useless for independent bathing by a handicapped patron. The shower wand handle has a rounded end and the height-adjustable receptacle for it is a pin-seat type so you MUST use the shower head in the highest position and maneuver yourself to the spray. NOT SAFE!!!!"
"Not horrible for an older, slightly run down hotel. But their customer service leaves much to be desired. Got in after midnight thanks to a highway closure and a long required detour. No towels in the room - had to go back downstairs to get some. Asked for a late check out - from 11 am to noon. This is a pretty customary request at a hotel. Night clerk said she would put in a note for the morning person. Called in the AM to make sure they got the note. It was 10:45. She said the best she could do was 11:30. Give me a break. There are better, more relaxing places to stay in Wichita Falls."
"For my stay, the Baymont a great place to stay. The curb appeal was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and and well maintained. However I did have to ask for towels because we stayed in a room for six and there was not enough for all of us. The staff was great. The breakfast was great. I did not have to travel far for food and other things I needed. I will be staying there again."
