"I am happy with the agent and team. However if you have insurance with Allstate and part of your “peace of mind” is the roadside assistance. You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED. I called at 11:30am and after SEVERAL CALLS to both the Allstate agent and roadside assistance the VERY BEST THEY COULD DO with all their 15 different resources for towing was to get to me by 3:45pm. NOT ACCEPTABLE IN ANY WAY FOR MY NEEDS. I will either be canceling all my insurance with Allstate and going with another company or looking into TRIPLE A or some other REPUTABLE roadside assistance company and just completely pay for something with Allstate ( their incompetent roadside assistance)that I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN."
