"Wonderful new yoga studio at Preston Royal. Love the facility (so zen) and all the instructors I have taken from so far are wonderful. The studio is heated but really it’s not too much! I was afraid to go to a heated class but it’s truly just the right temp for my practice and there are all levels available for me at the intermediate level . The deep stretch is a great restorative class and I also loved the foundation class and the All class. There is something for everyone!"
