"If I could give it zero stars I would. Toxic work environment with minimal training and after working there I would never leave my dog at this facility. The dogs do not receive quality care and there are constantly fights in the playrooms and there have been multiple dog and employee injuries that management completely rejects."

"Wow, I’m not even sure where to begin. We have a 5 month old puppy, Tybee, and planned to board her for a little over a week. 5 days in, Puppy Paws called me and told me our girl was hacking and seemed pretty sick. They immediately took her to the vet with our permission and their quality assurance/recruiting manager, Hannah, called us, thoroughly explained our pup’s symptoms and assured my husband and I that she would treat our dog as her own and she did JUST that. Hannah arrived at the vet with our pup around 7pm and didn’t arrive back at PP until 6am (to no fault of Puppy Paws, the vet was slammed and had to run multiple tests). This means Hannah stayed with Tybee for nearly TWELVE hours. Amazing. Additionally, there was an area at the vet that Hannah could have just dropped Tybee off at, but it was an area for flu patients, so Hannah was adamant about keeping Tybee with her, in her car. Hannah was available all hours of the night as we also stayed up and were in constant communication. She never seemed upset or impatient, she also would call the vet if she hadn’t heard any updates wiring about an hour. She was so comforting but also beyond professional. Truly, truly amazing care. Management has done a fantastic job of training their staff. When Tybee returned to Puppy Paws, the other staff (Trinity, Layla, and others I can’t think of their names, Erica maybe?!) was extremely communicative. They had her quarantined but checked on her every hour and had a private “nanny” to play with her, feed her, give her medicine, and monitor her health. They even took her to a follow up appointment at the vet 24 hours later and we were not additionally charged at all for any of these services. We are now home with our girl and so thankful we were at Puppy Paws when this all happened. Additionally, I will be forever grateful for Hannah and the rest of the amazing staff for the tender care they gave to our baby. Thank you so much Puppy Paws!!!!"
