"If I could give this business no starts I would! I was a guest the 27th of last month and was double charged for a room! The owner called me the next morning and apologized and promised to refund me at 11:55am on the 28th and to see Nancy his General Manager for the refund. I called her over a week and she was never available or had always just left. Finally, after speaking with several employees none of who were able to assist, I spoke with a Chenille who said told me my money would be refunded to my card in two weeks! I went back today 2/27 and of course Nancy wasn’t there but I did get a visit from the police asking that I not return back to the property! I never got a refund but I did get a ban from their property! That’s the kind of customer service you can expect from Mr. Patel and Nancy!"
"We loved our stay! The rooms were very clean. I am so glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews on here . The manager even gave my son's a double bed room for the price of a king ! 5 stars for the service we received from check in until check out!"
"Bathroom counter should be lowered by 10 inches. To high for most people. Room was nice. Could use another mirror closer to bathroom. We were in room 314. The body wash dispenser in bathroom was empty."
"I would leave it at NO STARS if it was possible! Thought this place would be good giving the location less than 5 minutes from the casino. We got a room at about 5am being we had been out all night, everything was fine till my significant other started to feel bites on his body he didn’t think much of it till it wouldn’t stop. He had got up and witnessed BED BUGS crawling on his side of the bed about 4 of them. I instantly got up being that I am pregnant and getting bit isn’t something you’d want. We got up showered I immediately went down stairs to inform the front desk. I spoke with the manager, at the time I wasn’t aware she was the manager til I called Monday afternoon. She told me the morning of checkout when I stated I simply wanted a refund for it, I simply asked if she could just take a look being that the pest control wouldn’t get there till Monday, and she said she couldn’t or do much about it because they aren’t certified pest control to confirm they were bed bugs witch clearly they were. She was just very unprofessional about it didn’t have much care about it. She asked for my name, number and room number so that way once they do inspect and confirm they’re bed bugs I’d be able to get my money back. I waited till the afternoon Monday to get a call, didn’t receive one so I decided to call, the lady I spoke to wasn’t informed about the bed bugs in the room. I had stated that Saturday morning whoever I spoke to told me I’d receive a call Monday morning once the pest control came. She apologized cause she wasn’t aware and didn’t have no idea about it, so I did ask to speak to a manager an that’s when I was told the lady who worked that morning was in fact the manager. It’s Tuesday and still haven’t received a call about it."
"This review is for my dad who has been very PATIENT with this hotel for the past 15-18 days. This hotel incorrectly entered my dads info for someone else, and he requested that the company refund his card back. The lady who is in charge, the receptionist, manager or whatever she is has been RUDE, AMD OBNOXIOUS with helping him. Even hanging up on him when he’s trying to understand why it’s taking over 10 days for his funds to refund. She needs to be held accountable for being a horrible person who is too lazy to do her job. I truly hope she has NO high authority at this hotel as it would truly be seen as a EMBARRASSMENT to you. If this isn’t taken care of, and if SHE ISN’T taken care of. We will then have to go further routes to make sure this refund is sent BACK to his account. I HOPE she sees this, illiterate, lazy scum."
