"The service and food were fantastic! The elevator and 2nd floor hallway did not smell good, but they did address it when we asked the front desk. There is no fan in the bathroom to air it out. The pool area was fun but loud for my niece, so if your kids have sensitivity to sound, it may not be the best option. Caitlyn at the front desk was kind and helpful!"

"The assistant manager was extremely rude. She said since we booked through priceline we technically wasn't their customer. If we had an issue with the room to go through priceline. Because of my boyfriends phone number being a local number (we used to live here), she wanted to know why we were there, which was business, but not her business. When asked why it mattered, she said they don't want locals staying there. Since he told her where he worked she called his place of employment and complained about him."

"I was told I could check in at 3, when I showed up at 3:45 my room wasn't ready so the lady at the front desk switched to a room that was ready and I was fine with that. I get to my room and the bathroom was dirty, the tv didn't work, and it was not the kind of room I had booked and I was disappointed, so I called the front desk immediately to see if they could switch me to the room I initially booked when it was ready or at least fix the tv. The lady at the front desk said someone would come to my room to see if they could fix the tv or switch my room. It was a busy Labor Day weekend and the rodeo was in town so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 4 hours and no response, I left to go have dinner somewhere with a working tv. When I returned I mentioned my issues with the lady at the front desk and again nothing was done. I had a much better stay for cheaper at the La Quinta in Elk City, and wouldn't recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone."

"You would be hard-pressed to find a hotel cleaner and more accommodating than this one. The continental breakfast, was fresh and exceptional… easily the best I have had. Every employee was gracious and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything could have been awful, but the women at the front desk were spectacular! In fairness, they are mid remodel, so that is challenging. However, the room we originally had had an awful smell and the front desk pivoted and worked with me to fix our arrangement at midnight. We didn't get the same room type, but it didn't matter because they worked so hard to make us happy. Yes - the phones were broken, the door keys were challenging, and the room smell, but the pool is awesome, the staff is incredible, and they have pretty good breakfast, too! They won me over after a bad start. Thank you, team!"
