"My son and I recently stayed here when we were on a road trip from Illinois. We went to see an acoustic show at the attached bar, The Pitstop. At first glance I wasn't sure but once we got into the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom looked more modern than I expected. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker included in the room. The bed was clean ( believe me, I checked) and comfortable. The desk clerk in the lobby when we checked out was super friendly. We talked for quite a while. She recommended a local place to get an awesome breakfast! (Janice's Cafe) Located right of the highway so it's a great place for an overnight stay while on a road trip!"

"This motel is one of the best deals for a place to stay in the Plains! We stayed here twice on our road trip and had excellent customer service both times. Amber and Norman were both super friendly and accommodating. The place looks a little dated on the outside, but the rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds and hot showers. We will definitely be staying here again on road trips!"
