"I walked in this evening to a young girl facing the inside of the store. No greeting whatsoever, no eye contact so I said excuse me do you work here? “Um ya”..she says. still no eye contact and couldn’t be bothered to face me so I said would you like to help me? “Heavy sigh“( I’m not kidding) while still facing the back of the store “what do you need help with”? In an I’m so busy standing here with a scowl on my face doing absolutely nothing annoyed voice. I looked at the side of her head and said oh nothing I’ll go buy my 350.00 Jordan’s from someone who wants to be helpful. I don’t know how you train your people or if you do but I’ll never step foot in Champs again! I would have given zero stars if I could!"
