CrossFit 405 is a gym located at 1501 North Broadway Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our community is what sets us apart, providing support and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals. Our proven system makes starting a new workout routine simple and fun. Since 2009, our coaches have been guiding individuals through their fitness journey, offering support and creating an environment for long-term success.
We offer a free class every month for those interested in trying out CrossFit 405. Our On-Ramp program is designed to introduce you to the movements we do in our classes, teach you proper form, and provide nutrition guidance. Whether you are a beginner or have been training for years, CrossFit is suitable for all fitness levels.
We recommend starting with 3 to 4 classes a week and working up to 5 or 6 after your first few months. Our class programming includes strength training, skill work, and daily workouts ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payment.
If you have been a member at another CrossFit affiliate for 3 months or more, you can join our regular classes. The hardest step is always the first step, so get started today and discover the benefits of CrossFit 405.
