"I love this place !!! I’ve been here little over a year. The transformation of mind and body has been incredible. The owners are super awesome and I respect them allot!! Very patient and will answer your questions. They both keep me really motivated to train hard. Focusing on proper technique and learning to generate power. "Been going for a little over a month. Great classes with focus on the form and fundamentals. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my striking game as well as understanding more of the traditional boxing movements. Both owners are very knowledgeable and patient in explaining exactly what they expect from athletes no matter if you’re a newbie or someone who’s been training for a long-time. The energy is fun in the classes and it’s hard to not push yourself when you see how motivated everyone is. Good consistent energy by the instructors as well. Did a few sparring classes and it’s very apparent that the owners care about safety and well-being of each individual. They are careful about making small adjustments and allowing you time to improve at your pace. Met an Air Force veteran who spent 20 years in the military and he joined class today willing to make positive changes in his life after he struggled with two knee surgeries! It’s very motivating just meeting people from all walks of life. Highly recommend joining and doing at least two classes a week to see results. You’ll have the most fun doing two classes a day 4 days a week. Lost 8lbs in 3 weeks and I can finally do tricep push-ups!"
"My 10 year old joined back in October and Travis and Rebecca were so welcoming. They are patient and really do a great job teaching the sport of boxing. We have been going for some months now and my son has gained leaps and bounds in confidence, discipline, athleticism, coordination and generally understanding the sport. My kid is so excited every week to go learn and workout. When my time frees up I will be joining the adult class to work on my cardio. Can't beat boxing workouts. I can't recommend this place enough!"
