"I was impressed with the location. The staff are really friendly and all of the animals there seemed well cared for. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the facilities look fairly old. They are clean, but the building is seen a lot of wear and tear over the years. I know that's beyond their control to a point, but the treatment of the animals is a priority and they really seem to do that well. The staff seem very happy to be there."
